By accessing or using FraudTracker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
FraudTracker is a community-driven platform for documenting user-reported scam allegations. This site does not determine guilt, verify crimes, or serve as a substitute for law enforcement. All entries are user-submitted allegations and should be treated as such.
You must be at least 18 years old to submit reports. By submitting, you confirm you have personal knowledge of the reported incident.
Automated scraping, data mining, or bulk extraction of personal data from this site is strictly prohibited.
FraudTracker and its operators are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted content. We do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of any listing. Use this information at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Only submit reports based on your genuine personal experience with a scam or fraud. Do not report on behalf of others unless you are their authorized representative.
Provide accurate details, dates, and authentic evidence. Fabricated or misleading reports harm everyone and may have legal consequences.
Do not use this platform to harass, threaten, stalk, or incite violence against anyone. Do not target individuals based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
Check if a listing already exists before submitting. If the same person or entity has already been reported, use the dispute or existing listing rather than creating duplicates.
Understand that all reports go through moderation before publication. Respect dispute outcomes and the decisions of moderators.
FraudTracker is a documentation platform, not a court. Presume innocence. Report to law enforcement for official action.

Every submission is reviewed before it becomes public. No report is published automatically. Our moderation team evaluates each submission for:
Submissions may be rejected for: insufficient evidence, vague or incomplete descriptions, policy violations, or elevated defamation risk. Rejection does not imply that the submitter's experience was invalid — only that the submission did not meet our publication standards.
Disputes are reviewed within 72 hours of submission. When a dispute is received, the listing is hidden pending review. Both the original reporter and the disputing party may be contacted for additional information.
All moderation decisions — approvals, rejections, dispute resolutions, and takedowns — are documented with reasoning. This ensures transparency and accountability.
If your report was rejected or your listing was removed, you may re-submit with additional evidence or file a counter-dispute. Decisions are final after the appeal process is exhausted.

We take defamation concerns seriously. While we provide a platform for documenting scam reports, we do not endorse or verify the truth of any individual listing. All entries are clearly labeled as user-submitted allegations.
Any person or business named in a listing has the right to respond. We provide a Dispute and Takedown process that allows the accused to:
After review, the listing may be: restored (if the report is substantiated), corrected (if specific inaccuracies are identified), or permanently removed (if the dispute is valid). All decisions are documented with reasoning.
If your listing was removed due to a dispute and you believe this was in error, you may re-submit with additional evidence. Counter-notifications are reviewed as new submissions.
For formal legal requests, court orders, or DMCA takedown notices, contact the site administrator directly. We will respond to valid legal process in accordance with applicable law.
We encourage all parties — both reporters and those named in listings — to report disputes to law enforcement. This site is a community documentation resource and does not replace official legal proceedings.
